Deliveries
The dispatch is carried out by DPD. When shipping glass, please check the delivery for breakage immediately upon receipt (if the DPD employee is still with you), as it cannot be replaced at a later point in time if damaged. Deliver when it fits. With the excellent Predict service from DPD, you become the director of your shipment: you decide how your parcel is delivered. Live tracking allows you to follow your package in real time. If you do not want to use this free service, please inform us separately.
Delivery time
After receiving your order, we check our bank account for your incoming payment. As soon as this has arrived, your package will be sent including documents and any additional products you have ordered. Every now and then it can happen that changes have to be made to the documents and the dispatch is delayed. However, you will be informed separately if this should occur. Your package has a delivery time of 1-3 days within Austria. However, when sending abroad (e.g. Germany, Italy) it can take up to a week to receive your package. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Goods that are delivered sealed and are unsuitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, provided that the seal was removed after delivery, audio or video recordings that are delivered in a sealed package, provided that the seal was removed after delivery , are excluded from the right of return.

Within Austria, parcels with a goods value of € 100 or more are free of charge.Note: If the goods contain more than 31.5 kg, a second package will be created; additional shipping costs may apply. Island surcharges apply to countries in the following document Islands_and_regions_subject_to_surcharge (PDF) and are additionally offset by us in addition to the shipping costs.
* Please note that there is a customs surcharge of € 10 for deliveries to Great Britain. This is added to the shipping costs. Furthermore, there are customs fees which are to be borne by the customer. These are set off by the authorities, we have no influence on them.

Terms of payment
Iinterest on our Webinar packages can only be ordered against prior payment. Discounts are not accepted or require a separate agreement. If you choose to pay in advance, the goods will be sent when the amount has been received in our bank account or you send us a payment confirmation. We reserve the right to only deliver against prepayment for initial orders or if there are justified indications of a risk of payment default or in other justified individual cases. We only deliver to customers with a place of residence or business outside of the countries listed under shipping costs against payment in advance. In the event of default in payment, even with partial payments, any discount agreements also expire.
Payments by the customer are only deemed to have been made when they are received on our business account. In the event of default in payment by the customer, we are entitled, at our discretion, to claim compensation for the damage actually incurred or default interest at the statutory rate. In the event of default in payment by the customer, our company is entitled to demand compound interest from the day the goods are handed over. The goods remain our property until full payment.
