Declaration on the duty to inform

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Contact with us

If you contact us by form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored in our email inbox for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. Subsequently, the inquiries will be deleted. If the inquiry results in an order, the data will be processed further. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name and address of the purchaser.

In addition, the following data will be stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Name, title, postal address, telephone number, email address. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data or bank data to the processing banking institutions, if necessary / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).  

The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will be stored beyond that until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.
Trusted Shops

In order to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and any ratings collected, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order, the Trusted Shops trust badge is integrated on this website.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimal marketing of our offer, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.

When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call-up. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Further personal data is only transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or if you have already registered to use them. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
An online store that has integrated the Trustbadge:

a. Data transmission when visiting the online store with integrated Trustbadge

As with calling up an Internet page, calling up the trust badge integrated in a store by a browser client (i.e. at the same time as calling up the store page) automatically generates a web server log entry. Since this is a standard format, it contains information about the retrieving browser client (date, time, referrer, IP address of the client, user agent, ...). This data is usage data that accumulates during any data transmission on the Internet. In particular, each integration of third-party content results in such a transmission of this data.

Trusted Shops does not create usage profiles from this usage data and does not draw any conclusions about the person of the website visitor. This data is evaluated solely to ensure trouble-free operation.

Furthermore, no personal inventory data (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) is automatically transmitted or stored to Trusted Shop simply by visiting a store page on which the Trustbadge is integrated.

b. Data transmission to Trusted Shops when placing an order in the online store

f the buyer does not use the Trusted Shops products themselves, only the order number is transmitted to Trusted Shops when the trust badge is integrated. This serves in particular the verification of subsequent guarantees or ratings.

Further data - especially personal data - is only transmitted if the Trusted Shops products for buyers are actively used by the store customer and he agrees to the data transmission accordingly, or has done so in the past for future purchases.

Only the data that is minimally required for the use of Trusted Shop products is collected. These are usually when using the Trusted Shops buyer protection with store rating order date, the order number, any existing customer number, the order total, the currency, if necessary, the expected delivery date, the payment method and the e-mail address of the buyer. If product ratings are integrated by the store, the URL of the product and the product image, the product name, the product SKU, GTIN and MPN, and the manufacturer are also collected. If a rating reminder is sent without Trusted Shops Buyer Protection, only the order number and e-mail address are required. Trusted Shops does not receive any other personal data from users in this way.

Whether the buyer is already registered for a product use is checked automatically on the basis of a neutral parameter, the e-mail address hashed by cryptological one-way function (MD 5 procedure). Before transmission, the e-mail address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops. If there is no match, the parameter is discarded. The e-mail address is then only collected if the buyer decides to use Trusted Shops products. The e-mail address of the buyer in plain text or other data are not transmitted during automatic transmission.

The data received will be used exclusively for the processing of the contracts concluded and stored internally for the duration of the mutual fulfillment of the contract. Thereafter, the data will be blocked for further use and finally deleted after expiration of all possible retention periods under commercial and tax law.

If the buyer does not decide to use the Trusted Shops products for buyers and leaves the site, no data is transmitted to Trusted Shops or stored or processed by Trusted Shops.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
